Please verify your order upon arrival.  Please contact paracordseast@yahoo.com with any concerns with your order. We will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Complete the return form here.  A return id # will be emailed to you.  Return your paracord gear with your original invoice or receipt to the address listed below. Please allow 15 business days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited.
